Terms of Service

By accessing homepagedirectory.net or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Homepage Directory is a curated web directory. Site owners submit their websites for placement as branded cards on an interactive canvas. Listings include a DoFollow backlink to your domain. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

By submitting a site you represent and warrant that:

• You own the domain or have authorization from its owner to submit it
• The site is live and functional at the time of submission
• The site does not contain illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, or material that violates applicable law
• The site does not primarily promote gambling, adult content, hate speech, or firearms sales (unless pre-approved)
• All information you provide is accurate

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time without notice or refund if these requirements are violated.

Current pricing:

• Standard Listing — $9 one-time: Permanent listing with DoFollow backlink.
• Lifetime Listing — $149 one-time: Permanent listing that never expires, priority support.
• Boosted Orbit — $29/month: Priority placement, displacement protection, analytics dashboard. Billed monthly until cancelled.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Boost subscriptions: You may cancel your Boost subscription at any time from your dashboard and your subscription will not renew. Refunds for Boost payments are considered only within 7 days of the most recent billing date and only in cases of verified technical failure on our part. To request a refund, contact us at billing@homepagedirectory.net with your order details.

Listings removed due to policy violations are not eligible for refund.

Boosted listings compete for center-zone placement based on their placement score. If a higher-scoring listing displaces yours, you will receive an email notification with a 60-minute reclaim window. After 60 minutes the spot opens permanently. This is a designed feature of the Boost product, not a service failure, and does not entitle you to a refund.

Standard and Lifetime listings include one DoFollow backlink from homepagedirectory.net to your submitted domain. The backlink will remain live for the duration of your listing. We make no guarantees about the SEO value, domain authority, or search engine treatment of our backlinks. Backlink value may change over time as search engine algorithms evolve.

By submitting a listing, you grant Homepage Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your site name, URL, logo, description, and brand assets (colors, imagery) in connection with your listing on the site, in marketing materials, and in social media promoting the directory.

Homepage Directory's design, software, and curation are our intellectual property. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce the directory for commercial purposes without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE ABOUT TRAFFIC, RANKINGS, OR SEO OUTCOMES FROM BEING LISTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEPAGE DIRECTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
